Ing. Marnix Doorn (M.Sc.) Consultant Marnix Doorn (1979) is managing director of MyM. Marnix obtained a Masters degree in Business-Society Management at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (NL), a Masters degree in International Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS), and a Bachelor degree in Agriculture and International Trade from the Larenstein University (NL). Since four years he is living and working in the South of Chile working on projects related to sustainable tourism development, project development and entrepreneurship. Before coming to Chile Marnix worked for his family’s business as a marketing manager. He speaks Dutch, German, English and Spanish fluently.

Marcela Poblete Translator and teacher Marcela Poblete (1970) is translator (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and professor in Business English and Spanish. Marcela studied Tourism and languages at the EDECTI Institute in Santiago. Marcela has over 15 years experience working as translator among others for the APEC, Methanex and various tourism companies in the region. Marcela is an expert on tourism in the region and has a broad experience with higher segment tourism in the region. Currently Marcela is working as English professor for various institutes and is associated to MyM as communication and business language expert.

Lic. Miguel Angel Giaquinto (M.Sc) Psychologist, Facilitator and Trainer Miguel Angel Giaquinto is the owner of www.Psicología-Chile.cl. He’s obtained his degree in Psychology from the National University of Cordoba in Argentina and the Universidad de Chile and graduated with a Master in Human Resource Management from the University of Sao Paolo, Brazil. Miguel Ángel worked as a consultant for the PNUD and nowadays he works as a Psychologist and trainer for different companies and organisations in Chile and Argentina. He is teaching professor at the Magellan University in Chile and the VINPAS Institute in Argentina. Miguel Angel produces his own interactive work-shops based on emotional intelligence using the concepts “Mozart Effect” and “Venetian Fest” which are strong instruments for management skills development. Miguel Angel speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
